Thermal Imaging

 

Thermal imaging technology allows us to see issues that we we wouldn't see with our naked eye. I use thermal imaging along with moisture measurment to locate moisture issues. In addition, thermal scans can see insulation breaks in walls and ceilings, air leaks, hot spots in walls and wiring, in-floor heat, appliance efficiency, and more.

 

This is all included in the inspection fee, no added cost.  My intent is to conduct the most complete service for you. Your home decision is important to me as well. I am working for You.
