I am not handy around the home and had no knowledge about anything regarding how homes were constructed and what materials were used. Brad was patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I learned that it wasn't about a pass or a fail nor did it tell me whether to buy the house or not. The report tells me about the general condition of the house and what things need to be done.
I appreciate that Brad has a very realistic message. Every house will need work done to it within certain timelines, some minor and some major. I just then need to decide if it's worth it.
Brad was willing to go onto roofs, crawl under decks, and go into attics to give me as complete an understanding of the house as possible. His report was detailed and had photos of every issue along with recommendations on how to address them and within what time frames (e.g. immediately for safety issues, 90 days, x years).

Needed to remove subjects on a property and actually was behind on arranging an inspection... they squeezed us in in time and as I work late even phoned me withe the results as he was emailing the inspection... very good service and very helpful!!

Brad inspected a home for me and found multiple issues. One of them being wires left on the ground. An electrical inspector took a look and had the owner pay for that home to be recertified. saved me money and the possibility of an electrical fire. Good job Brad - I will recommend you to everyone. Brad did a great job working with my elderly parents. He takes the extra time to make sure everyone understands what you need or don't need.
