Fees are competitive with others. Fees between inspectors will not vary widely. It is important to consider first the credentials, experience, background and your trust and comfort in enlisting an Inspector. Also, I advise not to necessarily choose an inspector based on availability. A quality inspection is critical in your decision-making process. I hope that I will earn your trust.

When quoting I will always review the property prior. Fees are based primarily on square footage and components of the home.  In addition, other considerations affecting the cost of the inspection include age, size of outbuildings, additional secondary residences on the property and their square footage, and travel fees for inspections beyond a typical distance.  GST of 5% applies to all fees.
